They make the morning air smell like breakfast in the neighborhood. They have good food and atmosphere to dine in. I like take out the best. The utensil & you need are in the bag consistently.

We come here for breakfast once in a while. We usually get Benedicts and/or the Keep It Simple selections. Today's food was great, but there is an inconsistency in quality from day to day. Sometimes the eggs are overcooked or the hash browns are undercooked or the avocado was ripe a few days ago or the tomatoes could have used a few more days. When it's good, it's very good. So, if you're up for some roulette, you may come out a winner!

Really good place for breakfast! It's busy there but they seat you quickly and your food is out in a good time. While your waiting they have big cups of coffee and flavored creamers to try! Definitely will be coming back here again!

ItΓ’β¬β’s just an okay place for breakfast, not to impressed with the undercooked hash browns and the runny whites in the eggs. If they cooked everything a little longer it may be better.

First time here, nothing special and their service wasn't so great. I ordered their ham steak with eggs and hash brown. I got a thin slice of ham and left hungry. Probably won't come back but they did offer $5.00 off for posting food pic on Instagram. Kind of made it worth the meal I ordered because I would never pay $11 +tip for such a small breakfast.

Food is great, homemade biscuits and gravy! They're hard to enjoy though, when the service is so poor. It's clear they care about their regulars, but if you're just a normal person your service is slow and unhelpful. Have visited several times hoping we would be treated better...never happened.

Cozy, casual atmosphere. Great place to have a meal with co-workers. Huge portion sizes and the raspberry jam is addicting. I had to take a picture of my friend's plate because her cinnamon roll was huge!

Good homemade food. I was happy they make their own salad dressing. I had a really good Patty melt and salad. The salad was quite large. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I couldn't believe the price for flavored tea. Over $4. I thought that was a bit much!

So happy this location is so close to my home, great breakfast place at a good price. They're gravy n biscuits is simply delicious, or whatever you may be in the mood for they have it. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes. They're coffee mugs are also HUGE! Delicious hot coffee. The wait time is never over 10 minutes.

Looking for a place to accommodate 10 for breakfast for the following day to celebrate a graduation. Stopped by this place, door was open, no closed sign up and met by rudest manager (?). Said I couldn't even be in the building; she didn't even wait to hear my request. Guess she didn't like my looks, could it be color of my skin?. Extremely rude. She needs to go to customer service school. Witch

Dont take gift cards, ordered my food and couldnt use a registered gift card with a pin number. Basically the same as a prepaid debit. I hate wasting food and i really was looking forward to my biscuits and gravy.. guess im eating this instead..

Home made from scratch dishes, warm service, and hot coffee. Everything IΓ’β¬β’ve eaten here so far has been great. Country style breakfasts to slightly new styles BenedictΓ’β¬β’s. Try it all

Our server was so immature, especially for a woman my own age (50). My pancakes, which is my favorite thing to order, were under cooked, this has never happened, the food it great here. When I reluctantly said something (I could tell from her attitude it was going to be a problem) she took my entire breakfast plate, eggs and bacon. She dumped the plate after checking the pancakes. When she came back, she brought only the pancakes, quickly leaving our table as I was telling her she took the eggs and bacon also. After my husband went and asked for the rest of my breakfast, she brought it. After coming here for a couple of years, we wonΓ’β¬β’t be back..

Great place to eat food was great, little bit of a wait. To many kids and sick people on this day, but not something that this place can help. Coffee a bit slow, table services a bit slow. But once again super busy. I would come in again but it would need to be a bit slower.

We had a short wait time (I wasn't watching the clock) and I love tha family atmosphere. They have the biggest cups of coffee Γ°ΕΈΛΒ³ my grandma barely made a dent in it. I wish I would have got the name of our waitress - she was an absolute doll, and made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us to make sure we stayed happy. The BLTAs are delicious and the fries are thick and perfectly crispy; the pickles are a little limp, but I don't really care much for pickles anyway. I will definitely keep this spot in mind next time I visit my grandma.

Very good with generous portions. The staff has always been super friendly and they keep it clean. You get what you pay for and then some here. Just a warning they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Just makes you want it all the more! Highly recommend.
